Description

Catholic Charities Immigrant Survivors Project, in collaboration with Mujeres Latinas en Acción and Taller de Jose, provides comprehensive legal services to immigrant survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and other violent crimes in family law matters. Services include representation in matters of VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), U Visa, as well as orders of protection, representation in child support and child custody issues, and Spanish/English translations and interpretations.

How to Apply

Call 312-655-7054, M-F 2:00pm-4:00pm to determine eligibility and schedule an intake appointment with an immigration specialist. Appointments are generally scheduled during morning hours.
