Austin Health Center offers many different services for individuals and families. Services include HIV/AIDS care, primary care, pediatrics, and prenatal care.
Austin Health Center also offers a limited buprenorphine (Suboxone) substance use treatment program for patients of the clinic. Patients must be referred to the program by their physician and call 773-826-9927 during business hours to see if slots are available. Other Cook County health care members should contact their clinic social worker to see what programs are available.

If your child is 1) less than 19 years old and 2) uninsured, Medicaid-eligible, an American Indian or Alaska Native, or underinsured, they are eligible for free vaccines through the VFC program.
